简介
The PDIA3 protein is a disulfide isomerase that catalyzes disulfide bonding processes and serves as a key protein folding partner. It is the core of the MHC I peptide loading complex and is essential for TAPBP folding. PDIA3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived PDIA3, expressed by HEK293, with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDIA3 (Protein Disulfide Isomerase A3) is a member of the protein disulfide isomerase family, which plays a crucial role in the folding and maturation of proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Research on PDIA3 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including protein quality control, ER stress response, and apoptosis. Under pathological conditions, PDIA3 has been implicated in the progression of several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, where its overexpression or dysfunction can affect cell survival and tissue homeostasis. The ability of PDIA3 to facilitate disulfide bond formation and rearrangement is particularly valuable for therapeutic interventions, as modulating its activity could lead to improved outcomes in diseases characterized by protein misfolding. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of PDIA3, including the development of recombinant forms of the protein. These recombinant proteins are essential for investigating PDIA3's catalytic mechanisms and interactions with other cellular molecules. By generating PDIA3 recombinants, researchers aim to delineate its roles in both normal physiological processes and disease states, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies that harness PDIA3's unique properties for targeted treatment of diseases resulting from protein misfolding or dysregulation. Thus, the exploration of PDIA3 recombinant proteins is poised to enhance our understanding of cellular protein homeostasis and its broader implications in health and disease.
