简介
The AKT3 protein is part of the AKT kinase family and regulates a variety of cellular processes, including metabolism, proliferation, and survival. Its least-studied isoform, AKT3, is critical for brain development and is critical for the viability of malignant glioma cells.AKT3 Protein, Mouse (sf9) is the recombinant mouse-derived AKT3 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with tag free.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AKT3, a member of the AKT (Protein Kinase B) family, plays a pivotal role in cellular processes such as metabolism, growth, and survival. The importance of AKT3 has gained attention due to its involvement in various cancers and neurological disorders. Altered expression levels and activation of AKT3 have been implicated in tumorigenesis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Research into AKT3 recombinant proteins has expanded our understanding of its structure, function, and downstream signaling pathways. By producing recombinant AKT3 proteins, scientists can investigate its biochemical properties and interactions with other proteins, facilitating the identification of specific inhibitors and elucidating its role in cancer biology. Furthermore, studying AKT3's involvement in the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT signaling pathway offers insights into its contribution to metabolic regulation and cell survival mechanisms. The ongoing research on AKT3 recombinant proteins is crucial for developing targeted therapies and improving treatment strategies for cancers associated with AKT3 dysregulation.
