The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Islet cell autoantigen 1 (ICA1), also known as ICA512 or SYP, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the autoimmune process leading to type 1 diabetes (T1D). It is primarily expressed in pancreatic islet cells and is recognized as a major autoantigen targeted by the immune system in individuals predisposed to T1D. Research on ICA1 has been instrumental in understanding the pathogenesis of diabetes, as the presence of ICA1 autoantibodies is one of the earliest indicators of beta-cell autoimmunity.
