稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACVR2A, or Activin A receptor type IIA, is a key receptor in the TGF-β superfamily, playing a critical role in various biological processes, including embryogenesis, differentiation, and cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of ACVR2A signaling has been implicated in various pathological conditions, such as cancer, fibrotic diseases, and muscle wasting syndromes. Research into ACVR2A has gained prominence due to its potential as a therapeutic target; for instance, disrupting its signaling pathways could have profound effects on tumor growth and progression. Recombinant ACVR2A proteins are essential tools for studying the receptor's biological functions and for the development of novel therapeutic strategies. These proteins can be used in assays to explore the receptor's interactions with ligands, characterize downstream signaling pathways, and assess their impact on cellular behavior. Furthermore, recombinant ACVR2A proteins serve as valuable components in the design of targeted therapies, such as monoclonal antibodies or small-molecule inhibitors, aiming to modulate its activity in pathological contexts. As ongoing research continues to unravel the complexities of ACVR2A signaling, the generation and utilization of recombinant ACVR2A proteins are crucial for advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease, paving the way for innovative therapeutic approaches.
