Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*02:01 in conjunction with beta-2-microglobulin (β2M) and the KRAS G12V mutation has garnered significant attention in the field of immunology and cancer research. HLA-A*02:01 is a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele that plays a crucial role in the immune system by presenting peptides to CD8+ T cells, thereby facilitating the recognition of tumor-specific antigens. KRAS mutations, such as G12V, are common in various cancers, including pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers, leading to aberrant cell signaling and proliferation. The KRAS G12V peptide (VVVGAVGVGK) becomes a target for T cell-mediated immunity, making it an ideal candidate for therapeutic development. The reconstitution of the HLA-A*02:01-β2M complex with the KRAS G12V peptide into a monomeric form allows for more precise studies of T cell responses and the design of peptide-based immunotherapies. Understanding the interaction between the HLA-A*02:01/β2M complex and the KRAS G12V peptide can provide insights into the efficacy of vaccine strategies that aim to provoke an immune response against KRAS-driven tumors. This research could lead to novel therapeutic approaches, enhancing the effectiveness of current cancer treatments and improving patient outcomes.
