Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIM3 is a serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the PIM kinase family, which plays a critical role in regulating various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. Overexpression of PIM3 has been linked to several types of cancers, especially hematological malignancies. Its involvement in oncogenic signaling pathways makes it a potential therapeutic target for cancer treatment. Research has increasingly focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms by which PIM3 contributes to tumorigenesis, including its interactions with key regulatory proteins and its impact on the cell cycle. Moreover, the development of specific inhibitors targeting PIM3 is gaining attention, as they could provide a novel approach to cancer therapy. By unraveling the structure and function of PIM3, scientists aim to enhance the efficacy of these inhibitors and explore combination therapies that can overcome resistance mechanisms in cancer cells. The ongoing research on PIM3 also extends into its role in other diseases, making it a significant focus in the field of biomedical research.
