Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The IL2RB-IL2RG heterodimer is a critical component of the interleukin-2 receptor complex, which plays a vital role in the immune response by mediating the effects of interleukin-2 (IL-2) on T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. The heterodimer is formed by the association of the IL2RB (interleukin-2 receptor beta) and IL2RG (interleukin-2 receptor gamma) subunits, which is essential for the transduction of IL-2 signals that promote cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Dysregulation of this signaling pathway is associated with various immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases and cancers. The study and production of recombinant IL2RB-IL2RG heterodimer proteins have garnered attention in therapeutic research, as they could potentially enhance our understanding of IL-2 signaling dynamics and facilitate the development of targeted immunotherapies. By generating these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the structure-function relationships and signal transduction mechanisms involved in IL-2 receptor activation. Moreover, the availability of the IL2RB-IL2RG heterodimer in a purified form allows for detailed biophysical characterization and offers a platform for drug screening and the design of novel immunomodulatory agents. This research not only advances fundamental knowledge in immunology but also holds promise for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at harnessing the power of the immune system for treating various diseases.
