稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of SNCA (alpha-synuclein) recombinant protein has gained significant traction due to its pivotal role in neurodegenerative disorders, particularly Parkinson's disease (PD). Alpha-synuclein is a presynaptic protein involved in neurotransmitter release and synaptic function, but its misfolding and aggregation into toxic oligomers and fibrils are central to the pathophysiology of PD and other synucleinopathies. Research has increasingly focused on the characterization of SNCA recombinant protein to better understand its structure, aggregation mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. By producing recombinant SNCA in vitro, researchers can investigate the protein's biological functions, develop assays for screening potential therapeutics, and explore the molecular pathways that lead to neurodegeneration. Additionally, recombinant SNCA allows for the examination of post-translational modifications and the role of genetic variants in influencing protein behavior. These studies may yield insights into the early stages of PD, identify biomarkers for diagnosis, and open avenues for designing therapies aimed at modulating SNCA aggregation. Given the importance of alpha-synuclein in PD and related neurodegenerative diseases, the ongoing research using SNCA recombinant protein is essential for unraveling the complexities of these disorders and ultimately finding effective treatment strategies.
