简介
LY6G6D Protein is a leukocyte antigen-6 (LY6) gene cluster located in the Major Histocompatibility complex (MHC) Class III region of chromosome 6. LY6G6D Protein is involved in the JAK-STAT5 and RAS-MEK-ERK signaling pathways, and is a selective expression of colorectal cancer antigen. Therapeutic T-cell responses can be targeted through T-cell adaptors. LY6G6D Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived LY6G6D protein, expressed by HEK293, with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LY6G6D, a member of the Ly-6 (Ly-6E, Ly-6C, etc.) superfamily, is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein predominantly expressed on immune cells. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in modulating immune responses, making it a target of interest for immunological research. The protein is believed to interact with various receptors and signaling pathways, influencing key processes such as T cell activation and differentiation. Understanding the functional mechanisms of LY6G6D could unveil new insights into its contributions to immune regulation and disease pathogenesis, including autoimmunity and cancer. Consequently, recombinant LY6G6D protein is being developed for a range of experimental applications, such as functional assays and structural studies, to elucidate its biological roles. This research aims to clarify how LY6G6D influences immune cell behavior and its potential therapeutic implications, thereby contributing to the development of innovative immunotherapies and treatments for immune-related disorders.
