稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-7 receptor alpha (IL-7Rα) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor (TSLPR) are critical components of the immune system, primarily involved in lymphocyte development and differentiation. IL-7Rα is essential for the survival and proliferation of T cells and is implicated in various immune responses, while TSLPR plays a pivotal role in mediating the effects of thymic stromal lymphopoietin, which is involved in the development of T cells and the onset of allergic responses. The study of recombinant proteins for these receptors is significant as they can serve as valuable tools for understanding the complex signaling pathways that regulate immune cell function. By generating and characterizing these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate their structural and functional roles in immune responses. Moreover, understanding the signaling mechanisms mediated by IL-7Rα and TSLPR can provide insights into various diseases, including immunodeficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and allergies. Additionally, therapeutic applications of targeted modulation of these receptors are being explored, making the study of their recombinant proteins crucial for the development of novel immunotherapies. Overall, the investigation of IL-7Rα and TSLPR recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing our comprehension of immune regulation and developing innovative treatments for immune-related conditions.
