Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIPK3 (Homeodomain-Interacting Protein Kinase 3) is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a vital role in various cellular processes, including gene regulation, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. The significance of HIPK3 has been underscored by its involvement in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where its altered expression and activity have been linked to pathological conditions. Given its critical functions, the research on HIPK3 recombinant protein has gained traction in recent years, particularly for understanding its molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. The recombinant expression of HIPK3 allows for the detailed study of its enzymatic activity, interaction with other proteins, and its influence on downstream signaling pathways. Moreover, by producing HIPK3 in a controlled laboratory environment, researchers can ascertain its structural properties and functional domains, thus facilitating the discovery of small molecules that can modulate its activity. This research holds promise not only for elucidating the biological roles of HIPK3 but also for developing targeted therapies that could alleviate diseases associated with dysregulated HIPK3 function. Overall, the investigation into HIPK3 recombinant protein is poised to contribute significantly to our understanding of cellular signaling and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
