简介
The CK1γ3 protein is a serine/threonine protein kinase in the casein kinase family that prefers acidic proteins, including casein. It has broad substrate specificity and can phosphorylate a variety of proteins, affecting diverse cellular processes. CK1γ3 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived CK1γ3 protein, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with N-GST labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CK1γ3, a member of the casein kinase 1 (CK1) family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, circadian rhythms, and the modulation of key developmental pathways. These kinases are known for their involvement in the phosphorylative regulation of several proteins, influencing cellular responses to various stimuli. The CK1 family has garnered significant attention due to its implications in human diseases, particularly cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Among the CK1 isoforms, CK1γ3 has been shown to exhibit unique tissue-specific expression patterns and regulatory functions, making it a compelling target for research. Recent studies have demonstrated that CK1γ3 can influence critical pathways such as Wnt signaling and the immune response, thus highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of CK1γ3 protein allows researchers to delve into its biochemical properties, elucidate its role in cellular signaling pathways, and explore its interactions with other proteins. Understanding CK1γ3's specific functions and mechanisms offers insights into its potential roles in disease progression and may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. By investigating CK1γ3 through recombinant protein studies, researchers aim to clarify its significance in molecular biology and its therapeutic potential in treating diseases associated with its dysregulation.
