稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Natriuretic peptides A (NPPA) are important cardiac hormones involved in the regulation of blood pressure and fluid balance. They are primarily produced in the atria of the heart and play a crucial role in cardiovascular homeostasis by promoting natriuresis, diuresis, and vascular dilation. Alterations in NPPA levels have been associated with various cardiovascular diseases, including heart failure, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation. Given their significant role in cardiovascular health, recombinant NPPA proteins have garnered interest for their potential therapeutic applications. Researchers have focused on producing recombinant NPPA proteins to study their physiological effects, mechanisms of action, and potential as biomarkers in cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, recombinant NPPA can be used in drug development and clinical therapies to mimic their natural effects on the cardiovascular system. Understanding the structure-function relationship of NPPA and its interactions with receptors could lead to novel treatments for heart-related conditions. Current research is exploring advanced methods of protein engineering, formulation, and delivery to enhance the efficacy and stability of recombinant NPPA, aiming to translate these findings into clinical practice for improved management of heart diseases.
