Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NANOG is a critical pluripotency factor that plays a significant role in maintaining the self-renewal and undifferentiated state of embryonic stem cells. Discovered as part of a transcriptional network that regulates pluripotency, NANOG is essential for the development of the inner cell mass of the blastocyst and contributes to the formation of primordial germ cells. The manipulation of NANOG expression has profound implications for regenerative medicine, as it holds potential for optimizing the generation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and enhancing tissue engineering strategies. Additionally, understanding the structure and function of NANOG is pivotal in elucidating its role in cancer stem cell biology, where its dysregulation is often associated with tumor initiation and progression. Research into the recombinant production of NANOG protein allows scientists to study its biochemical properties, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with other stem cell factors, thereby advancing our knowledge of stem cell biology and its applications in therapeutic contexts. As a result, NANOG continues to be a focal point in developmental biology, cancer research, and tissue regeneration studies, attracting significant interest from the scientific community.
