Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NRROS (NADPH Oxidase Regulator of Reactive Oxygen Species) is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, which is vital for various cellular processes including immunity, signaling, and inflammation. Research has shown that dysregulation of ROS levels can lead to numerous diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer. The understanding of NRROS function is particularly important as it acts as a negative regulator of NADPH oxidase, the enzyme responsible for ROS generation. Investigating the structure and function of NRROS may provide insights into its role in oxidative stress responses and its potential implications in pathological conditions. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of NRROS to elucidate its mechanism of action and to explore its therapeutic potential. By utilizing recombinant protein technology, researchers aim to produce NRROS in a controlled environment, which facilitates detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses. This approach not only aids in understanding the protein's structure and interactions but also opens avenues for the development of novel treatments that target ROS-related diseases. Understanding NRROS's role in cellular physiology and pathology paves the way for innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at mitigating the effects of oxidative stress in various diseases.
