稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Actin is a vital component of the cytoskeleton in eukaryotic cells, playing crucial roles in various cellular processes including shape maintenance, motility, and division. Among the family of actin-related proteins, ACTB (beta-actin) is one of the most studied due to its abundance and fundamental role in cell structure and function. Recombinant ACTB proteins have been increasingly utilized in research to elucidate actin's dynamics and interactions within the cell. The production of ACTB as a recombinant protein allows researchers to obtain pure, homogenous samples for biochemical and biophysical assays, enabling the study of its polymerization properties, interaction with various actin-binding proteins, and its role in cellular mechanisms such as endocytosis and signal transduction. Furthermore, understanding the function and regulation of ACTB is significant not only for basic cell biology but also for the development of therapeutic interventions in diseases where actin dynamics are disrupted, such as cancer metastasis and neurodegenerative disorders. Thus, the exploration of recombinant ACTB serves as a foundational step towards comprehensively analyzing its involvement in cellular functions and pathology, highlighting the importance of this protein in both health and disease.
