Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Semaphorin-3F (SEMA3F) is a member of the semaphorin family of proteins, which are known for their roles in guiding axonal growth and regulating various aspects of cellular behavior. The SEMA3F protein is involved in neurodevelopment and has been implicated in processes such as neuronal migration, angiogenesis, and immune responses. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in the context of cancer biology, particularly in inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis. As a secreted protein, SEMA3F exerts its functions by binding to specific receptors on the surface of target cells, thereby modulating signaling pathways that affect cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. The recombinant expression of SEMA3F allows for detailed investigations into its biological functions and therapeutic potentials. Researchers are particularly interested in harnessing its properties for developing novel cancer therapies and exploring its role in neurological disorders. To further elucidate its mechanisms of action and therapeutic applications, producing high-purity recombinant SEMA3F is essential for functional assays and in vivo studies. The ongoing research into SEMA3F holds promise for advancing our understanding of cell signaling in health and disease as well as exploring new avenues for targeted treatments in oncology and regenerative medicine.
