  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

RNF114 is a member of the RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase family, known to play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and immune responses. Its unique structure allows RNF114 to facilitate the transfer of ubiquitin moieties to target proteins, marking them for proteasomal degradation. Research has shown that RNF114 is involved in regulating several oncogenic pathways, thereby influencing tumor progression and immune evasion in cancer. Moreover, it has been implicated in the modulation of T cell activation and skin inflammation, suggesting its potential role in autoimmunity and inflammatory diseases. Recent studies have highlighted RNF114’s interaction with key signaling proteins, revealing its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given its multifaceted roles in cellular regulation and pathology, RNF114 represents a promising target for therapeutic interventions, particularly in cancer and autoimmune disorders. Understanding the mechanisms governing RNF114 function and its downstream effects could provide valuable insights into novel treatment strategies aimed at modulating its activity for clinical benefit. Thus, the study of RNF114 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating its biological functions and therapeutic potential, paving the way for innovative approaches in tackling diseases associated with dysregulation of ubiquitin-mediated pathways.
