Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLP phosphatase, a pivotal enzyme involved in various biochemical pathways, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its potential implications in diseases and metabolic processes. This enzyme plays a crucial role in the phospholipid metabolism, specifically in dephosphorylating phospholipids and in modulating cellular signaling. Understanding its structure and function at a molecular level can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and its involvement in various physiological and pathological states. The recombinant production of PLP phosphatase allows researchers to obtain large quantities of this protein for detailed functional assays, structural studies, and potential therapeutic applications. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the expression of PLP phosphatase in various host systems, enhancing our ability to characterize this enzyme's kinetics and interaction with substrates or inhibitors. By elucidating the role of PLP phosphatase in cellular processes, researchers can develop novel strategies for targeting it in disease contexts, particularly in cancer and metabolic disorders, where phospholipid signaling is often dysregulated. Overall, the study of recombinant PLP phosphatase is fundamental for both basic research and possible therapeutic innovations, highlighting its importance in biomedical research and pharmaceutical development.
