稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM21, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has drawn significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in immune response and potential therapeutic applications. This E3 ubiquitin ligase is predominantly expressed in immune cells and is known for its ability to recognize and ubiquitinate immune complexes, thereby leading to their degradation through the proteasome pathway. TRIM21 also functions as an intracellular antibody receptor, capturing viral particles in the cytoplasm and triggering an innate immune response. Its role in modulating inflammation and autoimmunity has made it a target of interest for understanding various diseases, including autoimmune conditions and infections. Additionally, TRIM21's unique properties have spurred research into its use as a platform for developing innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, particularly in vaccine development and targeted drug delivery. This research is further propelled by the increasing need for effective treatments against viral infections and autoimmune diseases, positioning TRIM21 as a potential key player in future immunological research and therapeutic interventions.
