稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Lymphocyte antigen 6E (LY6E) is a member of the LY6 gene family, which encodes glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored proteins involved in immune responses. The study of LY6E has gained attention due to its role in modulating immune cell functions, particularly in lymphocytes. Research has shown that LY6E plays a critical role in influencing T cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation, thereby impacting overall immune responses. Furthermore, LY6E has been implicated in various diseases, including cancers and viral infections, where it may modulate the immune evasion mechanisms of pathogens or tumor cells. The recombinant LY6E protein serves as a valuable tool for elucidating the biological functions of this antigen and its potential therapeutic applications. By generating and characterizing the recombinant LY6E protein, researchers can explore its interactions with other immune receptors, assess its signal transduction pathways, and investigate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Overall, studying LY6E and its recombinant forms enhances our understanding of immune regulation and opens avenues for novel immunotherapeutic strategies.
