HDHD2 is expressed in cerebellum and shift of HDHD2 modifications might be relative with depression.HDHD2 is well associated with ribosomal protein complex and regulates the protein synthesis and might has a neuroprotective function via activating the ribosomal activities. The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
