Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCORL1, or B-cell lymphoma 6 (BCL6) co-repressor-like 1, is a protein that plays a critical role in various biological processes, particularly in the regulation of gene expression during immune responses and development. The research into BCORL1 has gained traction due to its involvement in several malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Specifically, mutations and dysregulation of BCORL1 have been implicated in certain types of B-cell lymphomas, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for diagnosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. Furthermore, BCORL1 is associated with epigenetic regulation, influencing chromatin remodeling and transcriptional repression which are vital for proper immune function. Understanding the structure and function of BCORL1 recombinant proteins is essential, as it can provide insights into its mechanistic roles and interactions within cellular networks. This knowledge can pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating BCORL1 activity in disease contexts. Experimental studies employing recombinant BCORL1 proteins can facilitate the elucidation of its function in various pathways, thus contributing to a better understanding of its potential as a therapeutic target and its broader implications in oncology and immunology.
Overall, BCORL1 represents a promising area of research with potential applications in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases associated with its dysregulation, making it a significant focus of ongoing scientific investigation.
