简介
The PLXDC2 protein is associated with tumor angiogenesis, suggesting its potential role in blood vessel growth in the tumor microenvironment. The specific mechanism and downstream signaling pathways by which PLXDC2 promotes tumor angiogenesis need to be further elucidated, thus prompting people to explore its role in promoting vascularization during tumorigenesis. PLXDC2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived PLXDC2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLXDC2, or Plexin Domain Containing 2, is a member of the plexin family of proteins known to play crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, migration, and proliferation. Emerging research has highlighted PLXDC2's significant involvement in neuronal development and function, as well as its potential implications in cancer biology and immune responses. Its reorganization during cell interactions and signaling pathways suggests that PLXDC2 may act as a critical mediator in cellular communication and tissue dynamics. The study of PLXDC2 recombinant proteins has gained traction as scientists aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships and define its roles in pathological conditions. By employing recombinant DNA technology, researchers are capable of producing PLXDC2 in a purified form, allowing detailed biochemical and functional analyses. This approach has opened up avenues for exploring its potential as a therapeutic target, as well as its utility as a biomarker in various diseases. The increasing interest in PLXDC2 provides a promising frontier in understanding complex cellular mechanisms and developing innovative strategies for disease intervention.
