稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD127, also known as interleukin-7 receptor alpha (IL-7RA), plays a crucial role in the immune system by mediating the effects of interleukin-7 (IL-7), a cytokine essential for lymphocyte development and homeostasis. The interaction between IL-7 and its receptor is vital for T cell and B cell maturation, proliferation, and survival. Dysregulation of the IL-7/IL-7RA signaling pathway is implicated in various immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases and lymphoproliferative disorders. Consequently, recombinant CD127/IL-7RA proteins have garnered significant attention for their potential therapeutic applications. Researchers are investigating these proteins not only to better understand the molecular mechanisms underpinning IL-7 signaling but also to explore their utility in enhancing immune responses, particularly in the context of cancer immunotherapy and in restoring immune function in immunocompromised individuals. Engineering and producing recombinant CD127 allows for in-depth studies on receptor interactions, signaling pathways, and the development of targeted therapies. Furthermore, as the immune landscape evolves with advances in biotechnology, CD127 could serve as a biomarker for immune status and a target for innovative treatments in various diseases, emphasizing the importance of ongoing research in this dynamic field.
