稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Parathyroid hormone 1 receptor (PTH1R) is a crucial receptor involved in bone metabolism and calcium homeostasis, primarily mediating the actions of parathyroid hormone (PTH) and parathyroid hormone-related peptide (PTHrP). Abnormalities in PTH1R signaling are associated with a variety of bone disorders, including osteoporosis and the rare genetic condition known as Blomstrand's osteochondrodysplasia, characterized by severe skeletal abnormalities. Understanding the structure and function of the PTH1R is essential for elucidating these conditions and developing targeted therapies. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of functional PTH1R proteins, which are vital for investigating receptor pharmacodynamics and designing novel ligands. Studies using these recombinant proteins facilitate the mapping of PTH1R interaction sites and the characterization of downstream signaling pathways, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of calcium and phosphate metabolism. Additionally, the ability to express and purify PTH1R as a recombinant protein opens up possibilities for high-throughput screening of potential therapeutic agents. Therefore, research on PTH1R recombinant proteins not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of receptor biology but also holds promise for clinical applications aimed at treating bone-related diseases.
