稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Granzyme K is a serine protease that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the context of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells. It is involved in the induction of apoptosis in target cells, making it a significant factor in the regulation of immune surveillance and the elimination of infected or cancerous cells. Research has highlighted Granzyme K’s unique substrate specificity and its potential therapeutic applications in immunotherapy and cancer treatment. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of recombinant Granzyme K, emphasizing its enzymatic activity, substrate recognition, and the underlying mechanisms of action. By generating and purifying this recombinant protein, researchers aim to better understand its role in immune evasion and apoptosis, as well as to explore its potential as a biomarker for disease progression. Additionally, Granzyme K has been implicated in various autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, further driving the need for extensive studies to unlock its therapeutic potential. Understanding the precise functional attributes of Granzyme K could pave the way for novel approaches in the treatment of cancer and other diseases where immune modulation is crucial. As such, the recombinant expression of Granzyme K serves as a foundational step in elucidating its biological functions and therapeutic promises, ultimately contributing to advances in both basic and applied immunology.
