  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

AG-2 recombinant protein is a significant focus in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology due to its potential applications in therapeutic interventions and biotechnology. Originally derived from a specific gene associated with various biological processes, AG-2 plays a crucial role in cell signaling, immune response, and tissue development. Research on AG-2 has shown that it can interact with various cellular pathways, influencing processes such as cell proliferation and apoptosis. The recombinant version of AG-2 allows for a more controlled study of its properties and functions. Advances in genetic engineering techniques have facilitated the production of AG-2 in host systems, enhancing its purity and availability for experimental applications. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of AG-2 is critical for its potential use in drug development, where it may serve as a target for novel therapies in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. The ongoing research aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying AG-2's effects in biological systems, providing insights into its relevance in health and disease. As such, AG-2 recombinant protein continues to be a pivotal subject of investigation within scientific communities, fostering advancements in both basic research and clinical applications.
