稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-6 receptor alpha (IL-6Rα) is a crucial component of the interleukin-6 (IL-6) signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in inflammation, immune response, and hematopoiesis. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory disorders, and certain cancers. The soluble form of IL-6Rα, which can be generated by alternative splicing or proteolytic cleavage, has garnered interest as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target due to its involvement in pro-inflammatory signaling cascades. Research on recombinant IL-6Rα proteins has expanded our understanding of IL-6 signaling mechanisms and its implications in disease. These proteins are utilized in various experimental applications, including the study of receptor binding, signal transduction, and functional assays that explore the effects of IL-6 in different biological contexts. Additionally, the development of IL-6Rα antagonists, such as monoclonal antibodies targeting the receptor, showcases their therapeutic potential in treating IL-6 related pathologies. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate the precise roles of IL-6Rα in diverse disease states and explore its potential as a therapeutic biomarker or target, highlighting the importance of this research in developing innovative treatments for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
