  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TSPAN1, a member of the tetraspanin family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signal transduction. It is primarily expressed in the immune system and has been implicated in the progression of several cancers, making it a candidate for therapeutic interventions and biomarkers. The study of TSPAN1 recombinant proteins has provided insights into its functional mechanisms and interactions with other cell surface proteins, which are crucial for understanding its role in tumorigenesis and immune responses. Recent advancements in biotechnology have enabled the efficient production of TSPAN1 recombinant proteins, facilitating the exploration of their structural characteristics and biological activities. These studies aim to elucidate the molecular underpinnings of TSPAN1's involvement in disease while paving the way for the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. By investigating the properties of TSPAN1 and its interactions, researchers hope to contribute to the broader understanding of its clinical relevance, particularly in cancer biology and immunotherapy. Overall, the research on TSPAN1 recombinant proteins is essential for uncovering new avenues in cancer treatment and improving patient outcomes through targeted therapies.
