简介
MZB1/PERP1 protein binds to IgM heavy and light chains and helps IgM assembly and secretion. It acts as a molecular chaperone or oxidoreductase and exhibits low oxidoreductase activity. MZB1/PERP1 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived MZB1/PERP1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MZB1 (Memory Zebrafish B1) and PERP1 (P53, apoptosis effector related to PMP-22) are proteins that play crucial roles in cellular processes such as apoptosis, cell survival, and immune response. The study of recombinant MZB1/PERP1 protein has gained significance in recent years due to its potential implications in understanding various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. MZB1 has been implicated in B cell maturation and the development of memory B cells, which are essential for effective adaptive immunity. PERP1, a member of the p53 family, is known for its involvement in apoptosis and cell adhesion, serving as a mediator of the p53 pathway. The interaction between MZB1 and PERP1 may provide insights into the regulation of these critical cellular pathways. Moreover, by generating recombinant proteins, researchers can analyze their structure and function in detail, aiding in the elucidation of their biological roles. This research not only enhances our understanding of basic immunological and cellular processes but also contributes to the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting diseases characterized by dysregulation of these proteins. Overall, the exploration of MZB1 and PERP1 as recombinant proteins is poised to uncover vital information relevant to health and disease management.
