简介
Neuronal leucine-rich repeat protein-3 (NLRR-3), also known as LRRN3, potentiates Ras-MAPK signaling by facilitating internalization of EGF in clathrin-coated vesicles. NLRR-3 also regulates cellular differentiation[1][2]. LRRN3/NLRR-3 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived LRRN3/NLRR-3 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRN3, also known as NLRR-3, is a member of the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) protein family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, immune responses, and development. The interest in LRRN3/NLRR-3 has grown due to its involvement in pathological conditions, particularly in the context of inflammation and neuronal signaling. Research indicates that LRRN3/NLRR-3 may modulate neuroinflammatory responses, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in neurodegenerative diseases. Recombinant protein studies of LRRN3/NLRR-3 allow for a deeper understanding of its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with other cellular components. By expressing the LRRN3/NLRR-3 protein in suitable systems, researchers aim to elucidate its role in disease mechanisms and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic agent. This background highlights the necessity for detailed studies that can support the development of novel treatment strategies targeting LRRN3/NLRR-3 in various biomedical applications.
