简介
KIAA1279 protein is crucial for organizing axonal microtubules, vital for axonal outgrowth and maintenance in both the peripheral and central nervous systems.Interacting with key proteins like KIF1B and STMN2, it likely participates in molecular mechanisms associated with axonal transport and dynamics, emphasizing its significance in orchestrating intricate processes essential for nervous system development.KIAA1279 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived KIAA1279 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA1279, also known as FLJ22567, is a member of the KIAA gene family, which comprises a diverse range of proteins with various biological functions. Research on KIAA1279 has gained interest due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms, particularly in relation to cancer and developmental disorders. The protein encoded by KIAA1279 is presumed to be involved in cell signaling and regulation, but its specific biological functions remain largely unexplored. Initial studies have suggested that KIAA1279 may play a role in the modulation of cellular pathways, potentially influencing cell proliferation and apoptosis. Given the increasing prevalence of genetic disorders and malignancies, the investigation of KIAA1279 recombinant protein aims to elucidate its structural properties, interaction partners, and functional roles in cellular contexts. Understanding KIAA1279 could provide insights into its contribution to pathophysiological conditions and may also open avenues for novel therapeutic strategies. As research progresses, characterizing this protein through techniques like recombinant protein expression, purification, and functional assays will be essential to define its biological significance and potential involvement in human health and disease.
