稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA or IL-1RN) is a crucial member of the interleukin-1 (IL-1) cytokine family, which plays a significant role in the regulation of immune and inflammatory responses. IL-1 is involved in various physiological processes such as hematopoiesis, bone metabolism, and the response to infections. However, excessive IL-1 activity is linked to numerous inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, coronary artery disease, and metabolic syndromes. The human IL-1RA is a natural antagonist that competes with IL-1 for binding to its receptor, thereby inhibiting the pro-inflammatory effects of IL-1. Recombinant IL-1RA has been developed as a therapeutic agent, showing promise in managing conditions characterized by chronic inflammation. Research into IL-1RA has expanded to explore its potential in various clinical settings, and studies have demonstrated its capacity to modulate immune responses in autoimmune conditions and other inflammatory disorders. Additionally, the understanding of IL-1RA's mechanisms of action has opened avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing its efficacy, improving delivery methods, and reducing potential side effects. As such, the development and characterization of recombinant IL-1RA proteins remain a key area of interest in biomedical research, with ongoing studies focused on optimizing their therapeutic applications and elucidating their roles in disease pathology.
