简介
The HNRNPM protein is a key pre-mRNA binding protein that exhibits strong affinity for poly(G) and poly(U) RNA homopolymers. It is central to the splicing process, complexly regulates RNA maturation, and serves as a receptor for carcinoembryonic antigen in Kupffer cells. HNRNPM Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived HNRNPM protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRNPM (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein M) is a member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein family, known for its involvement in various aspects of RNA metabolism, including splicing, transport, and stability. Recent studies have shown that HNRNPM plays a critical role in regulating gene expression and has been implicated in the development and progression of various cancers. Its ability to bind RNA and influence alternative splicing makes it a key player in post-transcriptional regulation. Additionally, HNRNPM's involvement in cellular stress responses and its interactions with other RNA-binding proteins highlight its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given its multifaceted roles, the recombinant protein of HNRNPM has become an essential tool for understanding its function and mechanisms in disease contexts. Researchers are increasingly focusing on characterizing the biochemical properties of recombinant HNRNPM, including its RNA-binding affinities and specificity, post-translational modifications, and interaction networks. By elucidating these aspects, scientists aim to uncover potential therapeutic targets and contribute to the development of novel strategies for treating diseases associated with dysregulated RNA processing. The study of HNRNPM and its recombinant protein thus holds significant promise for advancing our understanding of RNA biology and its implications in health and disease.
