简介
Plexin domain-containing protein 1 (PLXDC1) is critical in endothelial cell capillary morphogenesis, interacting with NID1 and possibly binding to CTTN. These interactions implicate its broader involvement in cellular responses and multiple cellular functions within the extracellular matrix. Plexin domain-containing protein 1 Protein, Mouse (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Plexin domain-containing protein 1 protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Plexin domain-containing protein 1 (PLEKHO1) is a member of the plexin family, which play crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, migration, and neural development. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of PLEKHO1 in mediating interactions within the extracellular environment and in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics. Elevated expression of PLEKHO1 has been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer, where it may influence tumor progression and metastasis through its role in cell adhesion and movement. The investigation of recombinant PLEKHO1 presents a promising avenue for understanding its functional implications in both normal physiology and disease states. By producing PLEKHO1 in a recombinant form, researchers aim to delineate its structural characteristics, interaction partners, and signaling pathways. This protein can also serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target, enabling the development of novel strategies for diagnosis and treatment in cancer and other diseases linked to aberrant plexin signaling. Continued exploration of PLEKHO1 and its recombinant counterpart may provide deeper insights into cellular mechanisms at play in health and disease, ultimately contributing to advancements in molecular medicine.
