简介
DPYSL2 protein plays a crucial role in neuronal development, polarity, axon growth, guidance, growth cone collapse, and cell migration. It is essential for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and cytoskeleton remodeling. DPYSL2 forms homotetramers and heterotetramers with CRMP1, DPYSL3, DPYSL4, or DPYSL5. It interacts with CYFIP1/SRA1, HTR4, CLN6, and MICALL1, highlighting its diverse functions and interactions in cellular processes. DPYSL2 Protein, Human (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant human-derived DPYSL2 protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DPYSL2 (Developmentally Regulated, Psychostimulatory Drug-Induced Gene 2) is a member of the collapsin response mediator protein (CRMP) family, which plays a crucial role in neuronal development and functioning. Researchers have increasingly focused on DPYSL2 due to its involvement in critical processes such as neurite outgrowth, axon guidance, and synaptic plasticity. Dysregulation of DPYSL2 has been implicated in various neurological disorders, including schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease, and autism spectrum disorders. As a result, understanding the structure and function of DPYSL2 is essential for elucidating its role in these conditions. The study of recombinant DPYSL2 protein enables scientists to investigate its biological properties in a controlled environment, providing insights into its interactions with other cellular components and potential pathways involved in neurodevelopmental processes. Furthermore, exploring DPYSL2's molecular mechanisms has the potential to uncover novel therapeutic targets for treating related neurological disorders, making it a significant focus of current biomedical research.
