Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NAMPT (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate (NAD+) biosynthesis) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the salvage pathway for NAD+ synthesis, which is essential for various cellular processes including energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cell survival. Given the significance of NAD+ in cellular functions, NAMPT has gained attention in recent years as a potential therapeutic target for a range of diseases, including cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases. Elevated levels of NAMPT have been observed in various tumor types, suggesting its role in promoting tumor growth and survival, thereby making it a viable target for cancer therapies. Moreover, research has indicated that NAMPT is involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses, with implications in chronic inflammatory diseases. The interest in NAMPT has led to the development of NAMPT recombinant proteins for both research and therapeutic purposes, facilitating studies aimed at understanding its biological functions and exploring potential inhibitors. Through these studies, researchers aim to gain insights into the mechanistic roles of NAMPT in health and disease, potentially leading to novel intervention strategies and improved therapeutic outcomes.
