简介
HLA-DMA proteins are key members of the MHC class II family and are essential for antigen presentation and immune response regulation. In this family, HLA-DMA is actively involved in the loading and exchange of peptides within the MHC class II antigen-binding groove. HLA-DMA Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived HLA-DMA protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DMA (Human Leukocyte Antigen-DMA) is a critical component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II antigen presentation pathway, playing a pivotal role in the loading of peptide antigens onto MHC class II molecules. It is involved in the regulation of immune responses by facilitating the exchange of CLIP (class II-associated invariant chain peptide) for peptides derived from extracellular proteins. Research into HLA-DMA recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to its potential implications in understanding autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection, and cancer immunotherapy. By studying HLA-DMA and its interactions within the MHC class II pathway, researchers aim to elucidate its influence on T cell activation and immune tolerance, as well as its role in the presentation of tumor-associated antigens. HLA-DMA's expression patterns and genetic variations can also provide insights into individual susceptibilities to various diseases. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of HLA-DMA in sufficient quantities for detailed functional studies, allowing scientists to investigate its biophysical properties, interactions with other MHC molecules, and impact on immune responses. Understanding these mechanisms not only sheds light on fundamental immunology but also holds promise for designing targeted therapies that could manipulate immune responses for therapeutic benefit.
