简介
CLEC10A/CD301 has predicted carbohydrate-binding activity and plays an upstream role in connective tissue replacement in inflammatory responses and wound healing. This protein is expected to be located on the membrane and be an integral part of the membrane structure, being active on the outside of the plasma membrane. CLEC10A/CD301 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived CLEC10A/CD301 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-hFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLEC10A, also known as CD301, is a C-type lectin receptor predominantly expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages, playing a crucial role in the immune system by recognizing and binding to specific carbohydrate structures on pathogens. Research on CLEC10A/CD301 has gained momentum due to its involvement in innate immune responses and its potential as a therapeutic target in various diseases, including infections and cancer. The receptor is known to modulate immune responses by engaging with different ligands, leading to the activation of various signaling pathways. Recombining CLEC10A/CD301 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies of its biological functions, interactions, and potential applications in immunotherapy. Investigating this protein's structure and function can aid in understanding its role in immune modulation and could provide insights into novel vaccine development strategies. Additionally, the exploration of CLEC10A/CD301's interactions with glycosylated molecules expands the knowledge base surrounding pathogen recognition and the immune response, establishing a solid foundation for future research in immunology and therapeutic interventions.
