稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRG3 (Proline-Rich Gene 3) is a member of the proline-rich protein family, which has gained research interest due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. This protein is predominantly expressed in the skin and has been implicated in cellular functions such as proliferation, differentiation, and immune response. Notably, PRG3 has been associated with skin barrier function and may play a critical role in wound healing and tissue repair. Recent studies have suggested that PRG3 may also be involved in inflammatory responses and could serve as a biomarker for certain skin disorders. The exploration of PRG3 as a recombinant protein aims to better understand its structure-function relationship and to evaluate its therapeutic potential. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers are able to produce PRG3 in a controlled environment, facilitating detailed studies on its biological activity and interactions with other cellular components. The insights gained from these studies could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for skin-related conditions, making PRG3 a target of significant interest in biomedical research.
