Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-22-induced IL-10 secretion by COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells. The ED50 for this effect is 1.736 ng/mL in the presence of 1 ng/mL of Human IL-22, corresponding to a specific activity is 5.76×105 U/mg. The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
