稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD64, also known as FcγRI, is a high-affinity receptor for the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and plays a critical role in the immune response by mediating phagocytosis and activating immune cells. Research on recombinant CD64 proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential applications in both therapeutic and diagnostic fields. The ability to produce CD64 in a recombinant form allows for the detailed study of its structure, function, and interactions with other immune molecules. Furthermore, recombinant CD64 has been explored as a target for antibody-drug conjugates and as a tool for enhancing the efficacy of antibody therapies, particularly in treating cancers and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, the study of CD64 expression on monocytes and macrophages serves as a valuable biomarker for understanding various pathological conditions, including infections, inflammatory diseases, and malignancies. Overall, the investigation of CD64 recombinant proteins contributes to elucidating immune mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes.
