Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fc gamma RIIB (CD32b) is an inhibitory receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG), playing a crucial role in regulating immune responses. It is predominantly expressed on B cells, dendritic cells, and macrophages, where it mediates negative signaling that dampens the activation and proliferation of immune cells. Understanding the role of Fc gamma RIIB is vital for insights into various immune-mediated diseases, including autoimmune disorders, allergies, and cancer. The receptor has emerged as a potential therapeutic target due to its ability to modulate immune responses. Research into recombinant forms of Fc gamma RIIB/CD32b aims to elucidate its structural properties and functional mechanisms, enabling the development of novel therapies that could enhance or inhibit immune responses in a targeted manner. By investigating the interactions between Fc gamma RIIB and its ligands, scientists hope to uncover new strategies to manipulate immune activity for clinical purposes, such as improving vaccine efficacy or preventing tissue damage in autoimmune conditions. The recombinant proteins enable detailed studies of the receptor's signaling pathways and interactions, providing critical knowledge that could lead to innovative immunotherapies and contribute to our understanding of immune regulation.
