稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fc gamma RIIIA (CD16a) is a crucial receptor expressed on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells and some immune cell types, playing a significant role in mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). This receptor binds to the Fc region of IgG antibodies, facilitating the immune system's ability to target and eliminate infected or malignant cells. Due to its critical role in immune response, CD16a has attracted considerable attention in immunotherapy, particularly in the development of monoclonal antibodies for cancer treatment. Researchers have been investigating the structure and function of recombinant CD16a proteins to better understand its binding affinities, signaling mechanisms, and potential modifications that could enhance its therapeutic efficacy. Studies have shown that optimizing the glycosylation patterns of CD16a can improve its interaction with antibodies, thus enhancing immune response. Additionally, recombinant CD16a proteins serve as valuable tools in clinical studies and drug development, allowing scientists to explore their use in combination therapies that harness the power of the immune system to combat tumors. The growing body of research surrounding Fc gamma RIIIA/CD16a underscores its potential as a target for novel immunotherapeutic strategies, aiming to improve patient outcomes in cancer and infectious diseases.
