稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-18 receptor accessory protein (IL-18RAP) plays a crucial role in the immune response as it acts as a co-receptor for IL-18, a pro-inflammatory cytokine that enhances the activities of T cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. Research on IL-18 and its receptor system has gained momentum due to the increasing understanding of their involvement in various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, as well as in infections and cancer. The IL-18/IL-18RAP signaling pathway is essential for mediating the host's defense against pathogens and for regulating immune responses. Consequently, IL-18RAP has emerged as a potential target for therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating immune responses. Recombinant IL-18RAP protein has become a valuable tool for studying the mechanistic roles of this co-receptor in cellular signaling and for exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic agent. The investigation of IL-18RAP not only deepens our understanding of immune regulation but also paves the way for innovative strategies in treating diseases characterized by dysregulated immune responses.
