简介
CD27/NFRSF7 Protein acts as a receptor for CD70/CD27L, supporting activated T-cell survival and potentially influencing apoptosis through interactions with SIVA1.It forms homodimers and engages with SIVA1 and TRAF2, indicating diverse roles in cellular processes.CD27/TNFRSF7 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD27/TNFRSF7 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD27, also known as TNFRSF7, is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily. It plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses, particularly in T and B lymphocytes, by promoting cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation upon binding its ligand, CD70. The interaction between CD27 and CD70 is vital for effective immune system activation and has implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. Research on recombinant CD27/TNFRSF7 proteins has gained traction due to their potential therapeutic applications, including immune checkpoint modulation and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Recombinant forms of CD27 can be utilized in both basic research and clinical settings to explore their function in immune signaling pathways and to develop novel immunotherapies. Understanding the structural and functional properties of CD27, including its signaling mechanisms and ligand interactions, is essential in harnessing its potential for therapeutic purposes. With advancements in recombinant DNA technology, the production of CD27/TNFRSF7 as a therapeutic protein offers promise for improving immune responses in cancer patients and those with immune deficiencies. This research not only aims to elucidate the biology of CD27 but also to leverage its properties for the development of innovative immune-related therapies.
