稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDKN1A, also known as p21, is a crucial cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that plays a significant role in regulating the cell cycle, promoting cellular senescence, and responding to DNA damage. Its expression is primarily regulated by the tumor suppressor protein p53, making it a key player in cancer biology and cell proliferation. Research on CDKN1A has revealed its involvement in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, differentiation, and the maintenance of genomic stability. Given its pivotal role in controlling cell cycle progression and its potential implications in cancer therapy, understanding the structure and function of recombinant CDKN1A protein is essential. Recombinant production allows for a detailed study of its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and the mechanisms through which it exerts its effects on cell fate. The ability to produce CDKN1A in a controlled environment also facilitates the development of therapeutic strategies, such as targeted cancer treatments that manipulate its activity. Overall, research on CDKN1A and its recombinant forms offers valuable insights into tumor biology and has the potential to influence future cancer treatment paradigms.
